Shipping:

 

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

 

Estimated Shipping Times:
Canada: 1-3 weeks
France: 3-5 weeks
Germany: 3-5 weeks
Italy: 3-5 weeks
United Kingdom: 2-5 weeks
North America: 3-7 business days
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-5 weeks
Sub-Sararan Africa: 3-5 weeks

 

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

Please remember, if I have to make a size for you, or personalize an item for you, allow longer time for deliveries.

 

Payment is expected in full for each item, including shipping charges, before your item will be made and shipped. I use USPS shipping for all deliveries and provide you with a tracking number.

 

If you need an upgrade or insurance, let me know and I can update your shipping costs.

 

Please double check the address that you provide at checkout to ensure that it is correct. If you realize that the incorrect address was provided, please contact me within 24 hours. After this period of time, I may be unable to ship to another address. If you place a rush order, in order to ship your item to you as quickly as possible, shipping information cannot be changed after your order has been placed.
I ship throughout the U.S. and worldwide.

 

If your package is returned undelivered, buyer is responsible for any additional costs associated with reshipping the order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to double check the shipping address before purchasing to ensure that it is correct. If you provide me with the incorrect address, I cannot issue a refund or replacement.

 

Phoenixwear LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but I will do everything possible to help you locate your package if it is lost. Please contact me about adding insurance to your order or purchase Priority Shipping at checkout for protection against lost or damaged packages. If your domestic package is insured, there is a 40 day period of time from the shipping day that must pass before an insurance claim can be filed. No refunds will be given before that time.

 

Only USPS Priority Express Shipping (1-2 business days) is guaranteed by USPS to arrive a certain date. USPS First Class Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days and USPS Priority Shipping generally takes 1-3 business days, but in some cases it can take longer.

 

Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your location and can be up to 8+ weeks.

 

Shipping delays do occasionally occur, and I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, only that I can ship an item by a certain date. Please keep this in mind and place your order in a timely manner to ensure that you will still receive your item on time even if USPS does experience a delay.

Customs and Import Taxes:

 

PhoenixWear LLC is not responsible for duty, customs, or import taxes charged by your country for international orders. These are the buyers responsibility.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Payment Options:

Paypal keeps your payment information secure.

 

Payments should be made within 24 hours of your purchase or I will have to cancel your order and relist the item.

 

Michigan residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.

 

All coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. No sales, discounts, or coupon codes can be applied after an order is placed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:
Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) if you have any problems with your order. Please include a photo of the issue in your message to me, as well as photos of your packaging if your item arrives damaged. If there is an error on my part or your item is defective, I will issue a refund (full or partial, at my discretion) or replace your item.

Request a cancellation within: 5 hours of purchase

 

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
• Custom measurements or personalized order with pictures, words, or appliqués added
• Items on Sale

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
