Welcome to Phoenixwear LLC, I specialize in making unique, fun, stylish, clothing just for boys! Here you will find coats/jackets that incorporate fun expression styles just for boys. You can’t find this in the stores, but here, I make items that will make your little boy feel special! He will have many options to choose from to express his own unique individuality that boys don’t find in regular stores. I will soon be designing other styles from shirts to pants, stay tuned!


If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to contact me and I may be able customize your order with other fabric and other fabric choices.


My goal is to give you the best shopping experience possible. I only sell quality handmade items that I create in a smoke-free environment.

Custom and personalized orders:


My products can be personalized by adding names, appliqués, words, pictures, and etc. The price for this is an additional charge. Should you wish for this type of customization (such as name on back, additional wording, number, pictures, etc) this comes with an additional fee for each customization per item. Please allow slightly longer processing times for complex customization. The fee will depend upon what is requested. Letters are $1 per letter, pictures start out at $10 per picture, and appliqués start out at $10 per appliqué, contingent upon the size.


Sizing details:


The articles of clothing I make are not pre-shrunk. Please take this into consideration when considering what size to buy. See size chart to help make your decision.



Size charts are meant to be used as guidelines and not a guarantee of a perfect fit. In some cases, actual garment measurements may vary slightly from those provided by the manufacturer, so please allow for small variances (half an inch or less). If height and weight ranges are provided, a person’s build or the construction of the garment can occasionally cause the recommended size not to fit. Returns and exchanges cannot be provided if an item does not fit as expected. If you have any questions about fit, please contact me before ordering.


Gift wrapping and packaging:


All of my products are shipped in quality packaging and arrive safe and secure.


Gift wrapping is not an option I currently offer. Message me to see what custom packaging options I offer.


Sales and Coupons:


I will sometimes offer sales and coupons to provide new and returning customer (VIPs!) with incentives for purchasing featured products on promotion, multiple products, and for being a loyal customer and returning for more adorable products!


Understand that only one coupon may be used per purchase, and that coupons may not apply for RUSH orders requiring special handling.


Processing for already Pre-Made Coats:


My processing time for Pre-Made Coats is generally 3-5 business days. This does not include transit time.


Processing for Customization Order (via Customize Your Order Form):


My processing time is generally 3-5 weeks for making garments according to a specific size on the size chart. This does not include transit time. This time can vary – please see my Shop Announcement and FAQ for my most current processing time estimate. If you need your item to ship sooner, please rush your order by purchasing my Rush Fee listing along with your item. Please do not request a certain ship date in the Note to Seller field when checking out without contacting me first.


If you want custom sizing, where I am making a garment to your desired measurements, my processing time is generally 6 weeks and up for this. This does not include transit time. This time can vary depending on the size adjustments needed. If you need your item to ship sooner, please rush your order by purchasing my Rush Fee listing along with your item.
Please contact me prior to purchasing a rush order to ensure that I can meet your desired specifications by the ship date that you need. I am not able to rush some items. Rush orders will be filled within 3-8 business days, unless we have mutually chosen another ship date prior to your purchase.


I do offer many different fabric choices to choose from. Visit my Fabric Choices page. Please remember the choices will depend on what I have in stock or what my local store will have in stock as well as the price for the item.


If I have to special order the material from an online site, I will have to wait to receive the item until I can make the custom order. This could allow to a 4-8 week range before shipping.


If made ready to wear size according to the size chart, Rush order will be filled within 3-4 business days. If want specific measurements, rush orders will be 2-5 weeks for this unique customization.


Orders are final and may not be cancelled or altered after 2 hours from your purchase. In the event of a cancellation, I reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of your purchase price to cover the cost of materials that I have already been purchased to make your item.


Rush orders are final and may not be cancelled or altered after your purchase. In order to get your rush order to you as quickly as possible, these orders go into production immediately, so I cannot cancel these orders after they have been placed.


You may be able to choose your own materials for a product, please fill out a customization form for this.


For custom orders and personalized items, I am always happy to provide digital proof upon request so that you can see what your item will look like with your unique design. For items currently listed in my store, one proof will be provided before payment; a purchase must to made to receive additional proofs. Due to the amount of time that it takes to create a new design, proofs for custom orders are provided only after a purchase is made.


Please be careful when you are making your customization selections at the time of purchase. I offer many options for shirt styles, color, and personalized. Changes may not be made to your order after 24 hours from your purchase. If you are unsure which options are best for you, please message me before you make your check out and I will be happy to assist you. Refunds and exchanges cannot be issued if you select the incorrect size, style, color, etc.


I cannot issue refunds or exchanges if incorrect information is provided. Please review your order before processing.  Also please double check your spellings of all names and check to make sure that your monogram is provided in the correct order (typically first Last middle) before checking out.


I do my best to make sure that all of my product photos provide an accurate representation of item color. However, colors do sometimes appear differently on different devices due to your individual monitor settings. Colors and applique fabric prints may vary due to stock availability. In rare cases a different thread color, vinyl color, or fabric color/print may be used as a substitute for one that is out of stock.
If necessary information is missing, I will attempt to contact you as soon as possible. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours of my message, I will make the item with the default choices from the maim product photo, or I will cancel your order if I am unable to fill it without your instruction.


If an order for a personalized item does not include the name or initials required for your order, I will attempt to contact you as soon as possible. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours of my message, I will make the item with the default choices from the maim product photo, or I will cancel your order if I am unable to fill it without your instruction.


In order to keep my processing time as quick as possible, I cannot provide photos of items before they are shipped.


I am always happy to answer any questions you may have about your purchase. Please direct all questions to me in the Contact Form before checking out. Doing so will ensure that I can meet your desired specifications for your order.

What is your processing time? Why does it take so long?


Processing time is currently 3-5 business days for already made products, and 3-5 weeks for products made from the size chart. This is the time between when you order your item and when I ship it to you, and it does not include transit time.


Almost all of my items are made to order so that they can be customized with your exact design specifications. I work full time and a mommy to a toddler. Every moment I have for my craft is precious! A typical order takes around 3 hours to make, and orders with multiple items can take longer. It is important to me to produce high quality pieces that my customers can treasure for a long time, so I take my time making each item.


Can you rush my order?


Garments Already Made:  I do offer a rush fee if you need your item shipped sooner.  For already made garments, please select Priority Express when checking out, this will cost extra.  I will ship already made garments out within a day.   This will be the only charge.


Garments I have to Make According to Size Chart (via Customize your order form):  For garments that I have to make, please select Priority Express when checking out.  This will cost extra and there will be a $40 rush order fee for garments I have to make.  I will ship these out in 1-1.5 weeks.


Garments that need measurement changes:  I do not offer Rush Orders on these.


Please contact me before purchasing to ensure that I am able to meet the timeline you need.


If I order multiple items, can you combine shipping?


Yes, when you add multiple items to your cart, it will combine shipping automatically to save you money on shipping. Contact me if you would like to place a second order and combine shipping before your first order has been shipped.


Can you make this shirt in a different size, style of shirt, or color scheme that isn’t listed?


Usually it is no problem at all for me to accommodate requests for different sizes, styles, or colors. Please contact me before ordering to assure that I can meet your design specifications. There may be an additional cost for your unique customization.


Can you change the wording in a design or add/remove an element?
This varies on a case by case basis. Please contact me for more information. In many cases, it is no problem to customize your design and I am happy to do so.


What size should I order?


I am always happy to answer questions about sizing. Please see the listing photos for detailed size charts for the item that you would like to purchase. I try to include as much information as possible in the item description about how sizes run and how an item fits. If you still have questions, feel free to send me a message and I will do my best to advise you.


Can I see a picture of the product or in another color?
If you don’t see a picture in the listing of the product in another color, chances are that I don’t have a photo of it. You are welcome to ask and I will provide one if I can!


Do you take wholesale orders or offer a bulk discount?


I am happy to discuss wholesale and bulk pricing. The discount varies on a case by case basis and depends on the item that you are ordering and the quantity. Please contact me for more information.


How should I care for my item?


Please refer to the individual item description for more information that is sewn into the item. An iron may be used, but please do not iron over the embroidery or vinyl design.


I don’t see what I’m looking for. Can you make something just for me?


I love taking custom orders! My customers have such great ideas and I enjoy the challenge of coming up with a design that meets your specific needs.
